Many services are available as needed within our practice office; others required as a part of your effective treatment can and will be referred out.
Among in-house treatments most frequently asked about are injections (joint, muscle, bursa, and peripheral nerve), all of which are done under ultrasound guidance. We also perform back injections under fluoroscopic guidance (including interlaminar epidural steroid injections, transforaminal epidural steroid injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation, SI joint injections, etc.).
If surgery is ultimately needed to provide you with relief after more conservative, less invasive care, we will refer to surgeon.
Medications such as NSAIDs (Ibuprofen and naproxen, among others), acetaminophen, muscle relaxants, neuropathic pain medications such as neurontin, lyrica and others.
